Building a small business has the potential to catalyze great positive change. Those who strive to build a business from scratch, do so for many reasons including personal ambition, lack of employment or a gap in the market. Our entrepreneurship workshops and programme draw in a number of small business owners and hopefuls who ultimately pitch their business ideas to our team before being selected to receive seed funding and 12 months of mentorship.
We place emphasis on green businesses to ensure that local economic development is supporting the protection and conservation of our region.
Business mentorship covers a broad range of topics including financial stability, stock building, cash flow management, people skills, and advertising and marketing.
