Donate to fund our Call of the Wildlife faunal survey which monitors the birds, mammals, and reptiles of the Fynbos Biome.
The Cape Floral Kingdom is the home of a variety of incredibly elusive animals and a diverse collection of plant species, meaning that there is still much left to be discovered about this beautiful region of the world.
Green Futures Conservation is a programme within Grootbos Foundation which focusses on conservation through the monitoring of Grootbos Private Nature Reserve and land associated with the Walker Bay Conservancy. Using camera traps and biological surveys, we are able to document the flora and fauna of this area. We believe that in order for our conservation to be truly impactful we must first understand the animals and plants that we aim to conserve.
With your donation, we can continue to fund projects such as camera trap monitoring, the propagation of indigenous plants for restoring wilderness sites, and the training and education of those who will work to protect our Fynbos.
